This awesome utensil makes preparing any kind of ground meat a real snap! In the past I would use a wooden spatula to break apart beef for sloppy joe, taco meat or chili. Then one day, I looked in my overcrowded utensil drawer and a light bulb went off. I’m sure I should have recognized this way before I did – I mean that’s probably what I bought it for!
Now that I’m making 1-3 ground meat meals a week, it has become indispensable! It works for ground beef, ground turkey, shredded chicken and even mashing bananas.
