These treats didn’t turn out looking perfect, but the taste hits the sweet spot!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology Treat (2 servings)
- 2 tsp unrefined coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp powdered chocolate peanut butter (I used PB2)
- 2 tsp Chocolate Shakeology
- 2 Tbsp water
1. Combine oil and powdered peanut butter in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
2. Combine Shakeology and water in small bowl and mix until a pudding like consistency. Set aside.
3. Use foil muffin liners or ice cube tray and evenly divided peanut butter mixture. Top evenly with Shakeology mixture and any remaining pb mixture.
4. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
For the fix-ers ~ I counted as part of a red ❤️ and a tsp or so.
