Uncoordinated?! 21 Day Fix is for you!

If you have been thinking about the 21 Day Fix or Fix Extreme, NOW is YOUR Time!! The challenge packs are on special early for January! That’s awesome!

There are a bunch of things that make this THE best starter program for people. The nutrition guide and container method are two key components to success. I mean, come on, I have tried the Lean Cuisines with 100 calorie snack packs and I can tell you that DOES NOT work for the long term. I have even tried the soup diet, where I mainly ate Progresso and Campbell’s soups to keep my calories in check. DID NOT work!

ElaineDanceThe 30 minute daily workouts are quick and only a little painful ;). I have done a lot of different fitness activities including Zumba, Body Pump, pilates, running and more. Something I realized the other day about the 21 day fix fitness activities that is good for me is that they are not overly “dancy” – meaning I can do the moves without feeling totally uncoordinated – which I know I am! Not to mention since I’m working out at home there’s no one to see me if I am doing a move that requires leg and arm coordination. Is it even possible for anyone to move their arms and legs at the same time, do the right moves and still look good? Because once I move my arms, my legs seem to stop moving, plus I get confused and the moves end up not being correct and effective. In “dancy” programs,  I end up just moving my legs and other times I just move my arms. Every once in a while I get my bravery up and try the combo of legs and arms but it’s rarely successful. And I bet it doesn’t look too great either!
