22 Minutes to fitness!! Too good to be true?

Nope! Totally true! This month Beachbody released a brand new home fitness program that is going to be amazing!!  They started out with programs like P90X and Insanity that were over an hour long each day.  Then, they created 21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme that are only 30 minutes daily, T25 that is 25 minutes daily and now we are taking it to a whole new low. A good low! 22 minutes a day!  In just 22 minutes, 6 days a week, you can achieve some remarkable results with Tony Horton as your drill sergeant and ME as your coach!

YES MA’AM!  It is all staying focusing during the workout, pushing yourself to your max, staying honest with your nutrition and following the plan to the letter, and of course the most important part {at least I think it is} is having support and accountability in a challenge group with your Team Beachbody Coach {ME} and the rest of the challengers in the group.  It’s such a community of people that are in it together. It’s great to realize that you are not the only one out there struggling, having a bad day, or a slip up with your nutrition.   We are getting “bootcamp fit” with 22 Minute Hard Corps. My past summer shape up plans were scheduled to start around St. Patrick’s day, but in the recent past I had really let that time stretch until before I knew it Memorial Day had arrived and I WAS NOT READY! Let’s be honest here.  We can’t just lose all the weight in a month when we decide we are ready!  So if you are reading this then you should START NOW because this is a sign!

If you want to get lean and stronger then this is for you!  No matter what your ability level is you can modify to make the program a success for you.  You can do anything that you put your mind too! Together, we got this!

What is 22 Minute Hard Corps?

22 Minute Hard Corps was created by Tony Horton who has been developing programs for 20 years! Think, P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Power 90 and more.  The program is a mixture of eight routines that alternate between total body cardio & resistance. There is 1 workout a day for 6 days a week.  The workout is fast paced and there is little rest.  The workouts are easy to pick up and learn.  You are moving from exercise to exercise quickly to maximize time and results. It’s back to the basics! The moves are done in a military cadence with Tony as the leader!

22 Minute Hard Corps Equipment

For some 22 Minute Hard Corps routines, you will need a pull-up bar or resistance band with the door attachment, as well as a Beachbody PT Sandbag or dumbbells.

Sandbag?! The Beachbody PT Sandbag adds weighted resistance to your workouts.  This equipment is an easy-to-use training tool that helps sculpt and tone your entire body.

I know you  might be thinking that you can’t do this workout, but you CAN.  It is for everyone and even in the sneak peek workout I did today there were modifications for every ability level which I totally love! The program is 8 weeks in length, 6 days a week, 1 workout a day for 22 minutes!  YOU CAN DO THIS!
