It’s so easy to get off track! In 3-5 days you can feel like you blew all your efforts. With spring in the air, I have taken notice that my scale weight is UP and my midsection is PUFFY!  

Some things we can do to ditch the bloat from a winter of snacking and less activity (aka hibernation) are drink more water, green tea, sweat, move, and return to good eating habits!
