Today marks the end of Week 7 of 22 Minute Hard Corps. The program is 8 weeks long, with an optional week 9 – Hell Week!! Pretty sure I will do the “extra” week to get the maximum results from the fitness program. I will also focus on my meal plan – I mean I put the work into it and into making the food, so I should stick to it!
During week 7 I came down with the flu on Monday! I managed to squeak out the workouts, because thankfully my flu case wasn’t as bad as it could have been because I had gotten the flu shot. Plus, I really don’t get sick, so I probably didn’t take it as easy as I should have because I didn’t realize I had the flu at first. One nice thing about the flu, is that I didn’t have too many crazy cravings, and actually had to force myself to be eating – I didn’t want my body to think I was starving it!
The week 8 workouts are somewhat similar to week 7, but in different order (as usual). I can’t say I love the plan as I look at it, but I know I can do it, so that’s something! Looking forward to the fit test on Sunday to see how much my stats have improved. I’ll be filling in the 8 weeks column one week from today. Maybe I’ll take the fit test again after Hell Week!
