It’s almost summer! Picnics, bbq’s, and pool parties – oh, my!
🍉🍔🙈🍪🙊 Summer is an amazing time of year that’s for sure!
Every year I have worked hard to be ready for summer – shorts and swimsuits – if you know what I mean. I would spend the few months of spring either reducing my sugar intake, hitting the gym or cutting back on carbs. Some years I started later than others and had to try and be happy with my shape and health even if I really wasn’t. Then, no matter when I started, summer arrived at right on time and all my hard work was often abandoned by the end of the first social gathering! 🎉
This May, I am happy to say that I think I will be ready to rock and roll this summer and I’m looking for 3-5 ladies to join me for recipe sharing (taste testing optional ;), daily exercise and to support one another as we develop a plan to be SMART FOR SUMMER. It may sound hard to believe, but there is plenty of time to be slimmer, stronger and healthier for THIS summer season.
