Country Heat – Turn it up!

Turn up the HEAT!

It’s time! August 1st starts my Country Heat exclusive test group and I can’t wait! I learned the program, I’ve sampled the workout dance routines and I have a meal plan ready to go. For those familiar with the 21 Day Fix, the containers are the same! If you’re not familiar here is a short video about how they work.

Get Dancing!

The workouts go in a certain order! It’s always important to stick to the workout calendar so you’re working your muscles in the way the program was designed. When I participated in trainer certification, Autumn was sure to mention how much ab work is built in. Be sure to engage your core as often as you can. Usually what happens for me is that I learn the workouts the first week and then the second (or third;) week, I can focus more on form. Every workout has a move breakdown which I definitely recommend everyone do!! I may be doing those more than once. You get a better workout when the moves become more automatic. That also makes it more fun! If you have to leave the arms out to get good form on the legs, totally keep your hands on home base until you’re comfortable adding the arm/shoulder movements. That’s also a good way to remember to focus on the abs too!

Week 1 Meal Plan

Country Heat Meal PlanNutrition is KEY to success! The plan is easy to follow and you eat REAL FOOD!  The challenge group is the best way to get your questions answered and also get daily motivation and support.
