Kick it up!

Ready to get fit? At the beginning of each year we make RESOLUTIONS to put our best foot forward and kick up our health game. Well, HERE COMES FEBRUARY! Not many of us can say that we are 110% happy with our health and wellness, right?! It’s the big bad “C” words – CONFIDENCE AND COMMITMENT! Here we are cooped up for the winter and often that means being indoors and not as active – ENTER an unwanted pound increase and a self confidence decrease. Not this FEBRUARY!!

This February – let’s get FIT & FAB together!! The official KICK OFF date is January 29th!

How will the challenge work?

In FIT AND FAB FEBRUARY, we will work together and COMMIT to making exercise and clean eating a lifestyle – while also building inner confidence. One of my favorite things to do is empower women and to help them discover their strengths as they progress through their own journey. This group will do that FOR YOU!

The theme of this group is all about loving yourself from the inside out! In the next month we are going to learn how to:
– Change our mindsets
– Be confident in who we are and how we look
– Stop comparing ourselves to others and start appreciating ourselves for who we are
– Stop wishing and start DOING!

In the FIT AND FAB FEBRUARY group, I will share confidence building information that I have learned from the books I read for personal development (and sometimes videos!). I will share quotes and/or facts with the group that will get your CONFIDENCE METER UP!
