Spring Into Fitness! Spring Into Health!

Spring is here! It’s time to SPRING INTO FITNESS!

It’s time to get a jump on spring and spring into fitness! Spring is a time of RENEWAL – greener grass and brighter days! The trees are budding and some flowers have bloomed. You know what that means — not far behind spring comes summer! Warmer weather, shorts, tanks tops and swim suits will soon be upon us!

Every year I have worked hard to be ready for summer – shorts and swimsuits – if you know what I mean?! I would spend the few months of spring reducing my sugar intake, hitting the gym and cutting back on carbs. As the years went by I would start later and later and had pretty much gotten to the point that I was ready to “accept” that I was going to have “THAT” MOM BOD instead of “THE” MOM BOD that I wanted to have. There went my motivation and my confidence – GONE!

2 years ago, I was introduced to a health and fitness program that has totally changed my life – inside and out! When I started, I made the decision that I was changing and I wasn’t going to live with low energy, minimal self confidence or discomfort in my own skin. I started my journey and in 30 days I lost 9+ lbs and I’ve managed to stay steady for more than 2 years. That’s a first!!

My Story!

I am thrilled to say that after trying MANY different ways to lose weight and get fit, I ended up finally doing it all with eating clean, replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology and Beachbody Fitness programs. I dropped my unused gym membership and started working out at home for 30 minutes a day in the morning before work, I learned how to meal plan, make healthier alternatives to our favorite meals, and fuel my body for energy instead of comfort. And – I wasn’t alone! I was in the company of an incredible community of supportive women who were also going through the same process. For me, having support was the piece of the puzzle that I had been missing!

It’s time to SPRING INTO FITNESS!

The support group begins on the 17th of April and is 5 weeks long! Perfect timing to get results for that spring/summer weather and wardrobe.

What do you need to do to join?

  2. Complete the application to join – click here!
  3. You have to be willing to commit to a Beachbody fitness program . I will help you choose the best one to fit your current needs and ability level. Or you may choose the ALL ACCESS pass!
  4. You must commit to replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group and then I will teach you how to plan out the other meals of the day with the Portion Fix container system and meal planning class.
  5. You agree to participate daily in the online accountability group using the My Challenge Tracker app.
