BIG NEWS in the Beachbody world!!! I am psyched (and a little nervous!) to announce that Shaun T is back for with a brand new FITNESS EXPERIENCE!! Shaun T is launching *Shaun Week* this month on Beachbody On Demand.  Even more exciting is that with the 14 day free trial of Beachbody on Demand (for new members), you can take advantage of Shaun Week for FREE!

Starting on June 12th, 2017, it is  ONE WEEK OF FITNESS that is all about changing your life and transforming your MIND and BODY. What do I LOVE?? I know that there will be a modifier for those times that we need to modify the intensity or movements. PHEW!!

Shaun T will be releasing 7 new workouts starting June 12th, 2017, he’s calling it SHAUN WEEK.  The motto for the week?  GO INSANE, BUT KEEP YOUR FOCUS.

Shaun Week is about getting motivated to get CONNECTED to your fitness, to your mental journey and to continuing on with your progress and reaching your health and fitness goals. Start strong, stay strong and fin

HOW WILL SHAUN WEEK WORK?

Here’s how it will work. On June 12th, Shaun T will release the first workout, and then a new workout each day after. Not sure of all the details, yet, but I did get the workout names!

Each new day gets a new workout. Excited?!?

Shaun T has also noted that there will be modifications to the workout, one in particular is that if you don’t want to go to the floor you don’t have to, you can use a chair and modify.

  • Workout #1 – Insane Basics: Go slow, form over speed, work through it.
  • Workout #2 – Pure Cardio Part 2: Better have water handy! You don’t go to the floor for this one.
  • Workout #3 – Insane Weights: This workout is with weights in an Insanity format.
  • Workout #4 – 25 Abs: 25 minutes of abs!!
  • Workout #5 – BrickSanity: Asylum strength and T25 mixture
  • Workout #6 – Speed 4.0: Speed workout similar T25 Speed 1.0 and 2.0
  • Workout #7 – Dig Deep is how you end the week!

I heard Shaun T promise a hybrid calendar so that you can complete a full 30 day program if you decide to keep going!
