What is SHIFT SHOP?
Shift Shop is a 3-week rapid rebuild program >> which means you can absolutely get fit and lose up to 10 pounds doing it. And the BEST PART — anyone of ANY AGE or fitness level can achieve significant, lasting RESULTS. All by using Chris’ breakthrough “ramp-up” method.
The program starts us out slow during Week 1 with 25-minute cardio and strength workouts that are totally do-able, and a nutrition plan you can stick with. In Week 2, we push harder with 35-minute workouts, and consume more protein to fuel the burn. Finally, in Week 3, we kick your shift into high gear: 45-minute workouts and clean eating.

What goes on in SHIFT SHOP? What’s the story?
The SHIFT SHOP is a ramp-up fitness program. Chris Downing makes it easy for us to start. Then he gradually increases the intensity of the cardio and strength-training workouts week by week — all while refining your nutrition. Plus, he makes it a lot of fun. He’s a MEGA MOTIVATOR!
- Week 1, Chris uses shorter, 25-minute workouts that’ll help us stay focused and committed. And the nutrition plan includes a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fat.
- Week 2, just as the body adapts to the workouts, Chris increases the length to 35 minutes. The eating plan cuts back on the starchy carbs, while amping up the proteins and veggies.
- Week 3, it all comes together. Seven days of higher-intensity workouts, while eating clean. THE GRAND FINALE!!!
There’s a modifier you can follow, so you can always get through all the moves, and still get a great workout.
