I know I was terrified of committing to another “weight loss” program — I had done so many programs and diets — only to find myself feeling like a failure. I failed at going to the gym, I failed at eating well and I failed at feeling great. I’M SO GLAD I DID IT, THOUGH! I took a risk and GET THIS >> IT TOTALLY WORKED.
