Did you know the average person gains 7-10 pounds over the holiday season!?
And, that could be 7-10 pounds on top of what you already wanted to lose – then you head into the new year with an even bigger, more intimidating goal! Then here we are – feeling guilty, low on energy and not confident about how we look and feel the entire holiday season!! It’s seriously nuts to think about the gorging and gluttony that is about to take place! I HAVE BEEN THERE!!! This year, don’t let it drag you down, zap your energy and tighten that waistband. Nobody wants those things – especially not during the holiday season!!
There will be more than enough gatherings, trips and holiday cakes and cookies than ANYONE ever needs to consume over a lifetime all packed into a few weeks!! 🥂
Here is something I KNOW! — You do not have to give up everything that you enjoy during the holidays to get results! Maybe for you, it would be amazing if you could maintain your fitness, have amazing energy and feel good about the healthy choices you make!!
