What is a FitClub and why should you join one?

Do you want to look and feel your very best? Who doesn’t, right?!

Here’s a little story about me – maybe you’ll see some of yourself in my words…Just about three years ago, I had reached a point of TOTAL DISSATISFACTION with myself.

Not that long ago, I can distinctly recall thinking to myself that it might be time to succumb to MOM JEANS. I was going to be turning 45 and, to be honest, positive body image, weight management and feelings of self worth had been a struggle for quite some time. Why not just give in and plow through a plate of nachos?!

At that time, I had been eating on a meal replacement program for almost two years. It had reached the point that I either completely ate on the program or I was totally OFF the program. And, by off I mean WAY OFF.

I also had a gym membership that went mostly unused. By this I mean, I rationalized daily that as long as I made it to the gym at least 1-2 times a month than the $10.00 a month it cost was justified.

Turns out there is no magic pill, no magic plan, no quick fix – it’s hard work and consistency that get results. Oh, and SUPPORT!!! That’s what the FitClub is all about –> it’s about SUPPORTING YOU to boost your SELF CONFIDENCE and reclaim your POSITIVE SELF IMAGE.

Are you anything like me? 

I’m a mom. I Target. I Ross. I Kohls.

  • I am the mom that needs to be reminded to write the lunch money check at least 50 times.
  • I am the mom that never has cash around and has to have the kids fund their own food on school trips.
  • I am the mom who refuses to put clothes away.  Everyone gets a basket of clean clothes in their room. That’s it.
  • I am the mom that will flake off the moldy spots from a hot dog bun and serve it right up!
  • I am the mom that tries really hard to get her kids to eat healthy but they still get away with eating mac and cheese and not so healthy granola bars.
  • I am the mom that has had to run the washer about twice per load because I forget about it.
  • I am the mom that has a messy house, stains on the carpet, handprints all over the windows, and nicks on every wall in the house.
  • I am hot mess of a mom and THAT’S OK WITH ME.

Get this?! All that is totally normal!!!

Guess what else is normal?! Wanting to look and feel your very best! It is not selfish to take time for yourself to get healthy and fit. I know it’s true and the way to get the support you need is by joining one of my FitClubs!

  • Commit to 22-30 minutes a day for an at home, personalized fitness program we select together.
  • Agree to follow a simple meal plan that is kid friendly and husband approved.
  • Will replace one meal with nutrient dense Shakeology.
  • Are sick starting over when it comes to weight loss and fitness.
  • Are ready to kick negative self talk to the curb.
  • Want to FEEL CONFIDENT in clothes and in their skin.

The FitClub is a JUDGEMENT FREE environment to talk about the real life – the ups, downs and in-betweens.

As a member of one of my FitClubs, I’ll be your free, virtual coach!! I’ll be at your service for daily support and accountability and add you to my closed community of women all working on becoming the best versions of themselves. We will use an exclusive free downloadable app to track fitness goals and monitor your progress.
