During my monthly bootcamp success groups, we will all push ourselves together to be better – to work toward being the BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES. Participating in the success group will help you reach your health and fitness goals quicker thanks to the support and encouragement of like-minded women.

You will learn to PUSH PAST what may have stopped you before. The group will help to keep you accountable and offer such huge support. The support is what really helped me when I first started a few years ago – the year I turned 45! .

We start on second Monday of each month and spend a week reviewing our goals and getting oriented to the program and nutrition plan. Then we will kick off the 30 day challenge to kick the old ways to the curb and push ourselves for a healthy lifestyle. Apply here!
