Happy New Year you! It’s time to get serious! Lose weight now!

I sure hope that you had a restful holiday season and that you are gearing up to make real progress with your health and fitness goals at the start of 2019. I wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the online success group options that are available to you for the first quarter of 2019. Many months I host just one challenge group, but due to this time of year being the busy season, I decided to GO FOR IT and host three groups this month.

Take a look at what is available and apply for the one that works for your goals. The first group is specific to the new Transform 20 fitness program that I wrote about here. The January Jumpstart will be for all the ladies that are choosing their own fitness program – including programs like the 21 Day Fix, Shift Shop, Core De Force, PiYo, 80 Day Obsession – there are so many to choose from with Beachbody on Demand. It’s like Netflix for fitness!! There will also be a group focused solely on nutrition – exercise is optional! I love the 2B Mindset Nutrition program – it works for everyone!

Get ready to be transformed!

This group is for those wishing to participate in the VIP Transform 20 challenge group. Transform 20 will launch on January 14th for those wishing to purchase early access. It will become available in the on-demand library for regular members in early April but for those of us with VIP access, we will begin NOW in this special group. The workouts are 20 minutes a day, six days a week for six weeks.

January Jumpstart

The January Jumpstart group is for the ladies that are ready for a success group, but plan to complete a program other than Transform 20. You can work through any of the on-demand programs at your own pace. I will support you with the nutrition plan that goes along with the program that you select. You will use to the My Challenge Tracker app to log your workouts, nutrition and check in daily with myself and the others in our wellness community.

Mastering Your Nutritional Habits

The Mastering Your Nutritional Habits group is for the ladies that struggle most with nutrition. We will be working through the recently released 2B mindset nutrition program. Participants will view the 27+ nutritional videos to learn a new approach to eating, from Ilana Muhlstein, registered dietitian. We will learn the 2B Mindset principles, use the tracking journal that is part of the program for accountability, and share recipes as well as support each other with success and struggles. Exercise is welcome, but not a requirement for the program. This is a wonderful starting point for those just starting their journey or for those who have fallen off track with good eating habits.
