Clean Eating 101

Eating clean is THE STEP to take to feel great from the inside out.

Getting started with clean eating can be overwhelming! What does clean eating even mean?

I thought clean eating meant eating salad at every meal and eating tasteless food that left me feeling deprived.

NOT TRUE! Clean eating is a way to fuel your body with nutritious, delicious food and start feeling great from the inside out.

I’ve written about Clean Eating before and I love to share clean eating recipes too. All clean eating really means is that you’re eating real foods. What it doesn’t mean is that you have to give up flavor and foods you love.

What I clearly remember as the moment that gave me the clearest understanding of clean eating is when I ate summer strawberries after a good week of eating all real food. The taste is amazing.

Why eat clean?

Many people switch to clean eating as a way to lose weight, and yes that totally works but there are so many more benefits. There are some rules to follow that I have learned over the past few years. I put those rules into a free download that you can get here!
