Plan to succeed – Overnight Oats!

It’s a good idea to prepare some quick and easy meals to grab and go during the week. I decided to give overnight oats another try! Peanut Butter this time. I halved the recipe into two containers in case I don’t love it and I want my son to give it a try too. Actually, I think I quartered the oats and unsweetened almond milk and then halved everything else. Less carbs!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup(s) Oats (I used quick oats, but you can also use steel cut or a combo)
1 Cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
1 Teaspoon(s) Chia seeds
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Cup(s) Bananas, sliced
1/4 Cup(s) Creamy peanut butter
1 Tablespoon(s) Honey

oats, overnight, breakfast, oatmeal

Add Oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk. Mix in vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Alternate between layers of peanut butter and layers of sliced banana. Drizzle with honey. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning. I made two containers and will eat them in the next two days.
