Protein Pizza!

Trade your carby pizza for protein pizza!

I totally I love pizza. One thing, though, is that I don’t really love how I feel after I eat pizza.  I’m always on the hunt for ways to curb the craving without giving up the flavor and feeling.

This “pizza” crust is made COMPLETELY OF EGG WHITES!! It’s so E-A-S-Y!!!

Here you go!

INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup egg whites
-toppings of your choice

DIRECTIONS:
– Pour egg whites into hot, greased pan. (I use coconut oil cooking spray).
– Cook the egg whites until they no longer wiggle when you shake the pan. Flip the egg whites and cook other side. Continue to flip and cook until golden and a crispy on the edges.
– Lower the heat and add your toppings! The photo here shows a “turkey taco pizza” I made with pre-cooked ground turkey, rotel, and some fresh shredded cheese. I could have added olives and avocado too!

You can even make a “BBQ chicken pizza” version. Seriously, you really can use whatever toppings you wish!
