Jalapeno Popper Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 2 Tbsp diced ham
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp cheddar cheese to grate over the top

Instructions
 

  • Cook the diced jalapeño and ham cubes in a lightly oiled pan.
  • Add the eggs and cook.
  • When the eggs are almost done, add the cream cheese and fold into the eggs.
  • Top with grated cheddar cheese.
