Combine vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl and whisk together.
Sprinkle each side of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Melt the ghee butter in a large skillet on high heat.
Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
Add the vinegar mixture to the saucepan and cook chicken 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is reduced to a thicker glaze.
