Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 4 4 oz chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp se salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp ghee butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl and whisk together.
  • Sprinkle each side of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Melt the ghee butter in a large skillet on high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
  • Add the vinegar mixture to the saucepan and cook chicken 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is reduced to a thicker glaze.
