Preheat oven to 375°
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine coconut flour, arrowroot flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the egg, honey, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Mix.
Add the cubed apple and mix again.
Scoop by tablespoons onto the parchment paper.
Brush each fritter with coconut oil and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of honey if desired.
